I am very excited to formally introduce our amazing team at Stocker Conveyancing consisting of myself, Rebecca Stocker (Licensee), Abigail Hamilton (Licensed Conveyancer) and Francesca Flannery (Assistant).

About Rebecca Stocker

Rebecca Stocker began her conveyancing career in 1999 as a Conveyancing Secretary and went on to graduate from Macquarie University in 2005 in Conveyancing Law and Practice.
Over the years she has worked as a Conveyancer in law and conveyancing firms in the local area before founding Stocker Conveyancing in 2012.
Conveyancing is Rebecca’s passion, and she is dedicated to staying up to date with the constantly evolving landscape of conveyancing law. She is especially proud to have been part of the pioneering shift to electronic settlements on the PEXA platform.
Rebecca’s extensive experience covers all areas of conveyancing. From simple family transfers, buying or selling residential homes, vacant land purchases and sales, strata properties and commercial real estate, to the more complex off-the-plan transactions, farming properties and old system titles. Rebecca prides herself on offering professional, reliable, and thorough advice. Her goal is always to make the process as stress-free as possible, and she won’t be satisfied until you are.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and staying active as a self-confessed CrossFit junkie.
About Abigail Hamilton
Licensed Conveyancer
Abigail started her conveyancing career as a receptionist at a law firm in 2016 and graduated from Associate Degree of Law (majoring in Conveyancing) at Southern Cross University in 2020.
Rebecca first recognised Abigails strong work ethic during their interactions in the local industry before Abigails’ employment with Stocker Conveyancing, and she was eager to bring Abigail on board as part of the team in 2024.
Abigail appreciates using her knowledge and skills to help Stocker Conveyancing clients to complete a seamless and stress free conveyancing transaction. She’s always committed to achieve the best results possible for our clients.
Abigail’s experience in conveyancing ranges from residential home and/or vacant land sale and purchase to family transfers, strata title units and off the plan properties. She is committed to expanding her knowledge and staying up to date with all aspects of conveyancing.
Aside from conveyancing, Abigail loves spending time with her family, getting out on Lake Macquarie, reading, and attending CrossFit classes.
About Francesca Flannery
Conveyancing Assistant
Francesca was first employed as a receptionist/conveyancing secretary in 2008 at a local law firm, where Rebecca Stocker was also employed as a Conveyancer. During this time they formed an excellent working relationship, which later resulted in an opportunity for Francesca to join the team at Stocker Conveyancing IN 2021.
Since then, Francesca has been providing our clients with her thorough and professional assistance on all files to ensure everything runs smoothly right throughout the conveyancing process.
Francesca is passionate about conveyancing and loves to provide our clients with the utmost levels of customer service and assistance right throughout the settlement process.
Outside of work, Francesca is a busy mum of two toddlers and she loves to spend time with her family.
